Mo Beler is an accomplished real estate investment executive and advisor who has helped facilitate more than $6 billion in commercial transactions across multiple sectors and real estate classes throughout his 15-year career. Serving as senior managing director for Walker & Dunlop's New York capital markets team, Mo Beler assists clients with sourcing and finance structuring for all commercial real estate class transactions.

Mo Beler previously managed his advisory group, through which he offered similar services to institutional clients. He also worked as head of investments at Innovo Property Group and vice president at Rockwood Capital. He helped manage the latter's acquisitions group and provided oversight of acquisition activities in New York and Florida.

Complementing his real estate investment and advisory experience, Mr. Beler holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Michigan. Outside of his professional pursuits, he serves on the board of the Music Conservatory of Westchester and is a contributing member for multiple nonprofits, including Big Brothers Big Sisters and Action for Jackson.
