Based in Pleasantville, New York, Mo Beler earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. Mo Beler serves as a senior managing director of Walker & Dunlop, one of the country’s largest commercial real estate lenders. Mr. Beler is also a member of the board for the Music Conservatory of Westchester.

Established in 1929, the Music Conservatory of Westchester offers a musical instruction program and serves over 2,800 students each year. In addition, the conservatory’s Music Therapy Institute (MTI) provides music therapy services onsite and through outreach programming to over 2,000 participants annually.

Program therapists working within the MTI customize therapy plans for students of all ages that are designed to address each student’s particular needs. These programs provide an outlet for socialization and communication, motor skill enhancement, stress reduction, and emotional expression and are delivered by board-certified musical therapists. MTI’s programs are believed to benefit people with conditions including Alzheimer’s, autism, psychiatric disorders, learning disabilities, and head injuries. Scholarships opportunities for music therapy and customized programs may be applied for by qualifying students of any age and who have a disability.
